Student teams receive mentorship from industry experts and have access to a network of alumni, friends, and advisors for additional guidance and support. At various points during the program, the teams present their business ideas to panels of venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and business representatives who provide valuable feedback to help advance their ventures.
Leadership and Conflict Management

This workshop concentrates on identifying the optimal complementary team, establishing a successful venture, and fostering successful groups through authentic leadership. Entrepreneurs will undergo intensive self-reflection to enhance their self-awareness and learn effective teamwork techniques. Additionally, they will be taught methods for resolving and handling conflicts.
Business Developing

The capstone course integrates all the related courses to allow students to bring an idea from its beginning to launch. It provides a structured approach to help teams define problems, develop and validate ideas, discover customers, analyze competitors, map assumptions and markets, design products, and test the market.
Vision, Values & Leadership

In addition to imparting the various skills and knowledge necessary for young entrepreneurs, this workshop provides an opportunity for students to reflect on the core values they want to incorporate into their venture. Through a series of activities and discussions, the students engage in introspection to answer questions that will impact both their venture and their professional journey.
Marketing Strategy

This course provides a comprehensive framework for analyzing, forming strategies, and making tactical marketing decisions for new ventures and products using a value-based approach. The marketing process is centered on the creation of value for customers, strategic partners, and the company itself as the ultimate objective.
Entrepreneurship Workshop

This workshop delves into entrepreneurship by covering topics such as starting a business, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, overcoming obstacles, and dealing with failure. The course is comprised of case study analysis and guest instructors.
Financial Aspects for Startups

From the beginning, start-ups must consider the financial and quantitative aspects of their business, including market sizing, evaluating competitor financial strength, product development, creating financial models, budgeting, and understanding the various funding options and their consequences.
Start Up Economic Principals

The objective of this course is to provide an understanding of the concepts and mindset required to evaluate the financial aspects of a venture, from valuation to budgeting. The course aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge to consider the finance side of a business and make informed decisions. By the end of the course, participants should have a good grasp of the financial considerations involved in launching and growing a venture.
Business Modelling

Apart from developing a successful product, entrepreneurs must also know how to generate revenue from their venture. In this workshop, participants are introduced to a wide range of business models to help them determine which model is most appropriate for their business.
